Only a 3 pound loss this week..Darn! I was hoping for more! Oh well, any loss is a good one!
131.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

yay!!! and you're right...3 lbs is better than nothing...maybe increase your exercise or something this week...could make a difference...keep on keepin on!

A couple suggestions if you wanna optimize your loss (although 3 pounds a week is pretty good!): 1. Make sure you are in keytosis if you are still in induction (use the strips). 2. Add some strength training to your exercise regimen. - my 2 cents :)
