4 lbs to second goal of 10% body weight lost.
I lost 4 lbs this week. I don't know why but I'll take it. Got a lot of walking in on several days. I have more energy, that's for sure. I was still doing things last night while the Pirates game was on. (Go, Bucs!! We're #1!!!) Usually I sit and watch it because I'm too tired to go do anything. I was cleaning and doing laundry which means up and down two flights of stairs. And I actually walked up the steps without holding on to the banister because my hands were too full to do it. I was a little tired at the top but I did it! Oh, and I tried on a pair of pants I've not been able to get into to for quite awhile and they fit!! Size 18-20. It felt good.
