I'm very happy with this. Hasn't been my healthiest week food wise but I've tried my hardest to walk as much as I can. I've now lost 2 stone since I started
195.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 59.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you everyone. I appreciate everyone supporting me, it's been difficult but this is by far the longest I've ever stuck to any sort of diet and I'm finally seeing the effects of it so thank you all x
