Resistance method indicates I'm down to 14% body-fat instead of 15%. I don't think that is true but it suggests that the weight I've gained is mostly muscle.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
