Super excited! I'm 3 lbs away from smashing my next anticipated plateau. I expect to face a struggle with getting to, then under 169. But I'm super motivated so I'm gonna do this. I have still limited my gluten, and have been stuffing vegetable down like crazy. I have also ate lots of quinoa and black beans and was concerned but I lost over a pound in a day, so apparently they are not a hindrance. Which is good cause ours so yummy :-)
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.2 kg a Week
