Today I know longer wish to see this number 294.5 my highest weight was 315lbs I want to make small goals first weight loss goal realistic is to loose 12lbs by Oct 1
133.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
