Udah seminggu lebih 3 hari bb stuck, giliran kemarin makan barbar malah hari ini turun 1 kg, heran akutuh 😭
78.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
