teman teman mau nanya, aq baru pakai apps ini 3 hri.... targer harian 1590,rata rata kalori harianku 1000,masih normal atau harus tambah komsumsi lagi? aq liat tabel g paham, apa yg harus ditambahi nutrisinya ,protein/serat? thanks
