YA ALLAH GA NYANGKAA😭 Setelah hampir 5 bulan akhirnya nginjak kepala 4, langsung ke 48,5 pulaa😭😭 pas nimbang sampe tiga kali tadi saking ga percayanya, tp lupa bawa hp jd gabisa diabadikan moment bersejarah ini wkwkw alhamdulillah ya allah terima kasiihh😭 ayo badankuu, mari kita berjuang sedikit lagi tapi tetap makan enakk😭
48.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
