I roller skated yesterday at work (HVFD) for almost two hours nonstop. Sweated like crazy. Stunk like a dog afterwards but burnt several calories.

Today I walked about 7 miles. Making progress little by little. If I can maintain losing a pound every few days, I’m doing good.

I’m at 170.8 now. My baby goal is to make it into the 60’s in a few days. I’m going to make that happen!!!!
77.5 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
