I've noticed now that I've stopped eating packaged foods (including Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, and Weight Watchers) I have been able to lose the weight. I'm hoping to continue this once all the seasonal produce is gone. I'm feeling great and might even join the YMCA! I said might.
