I broke my ankle last month. I’m trying to get back in the motion of walking everyday. I can only do 8 min before my ankle starts aching. I push myself to hit 15 min on my watch
78.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Could you lightly wrap your ankle for a bit more stability? Maybe 4 walks 5 min each? You are doing great🌷

Swimming would be a great alternative and also be physically therapy for your ankle. Hope you have a fast recovery.
