快三個月沒有量inbody了
其實很害怕 怕肌肉掉的一塌糊塗
也怕被體脂影響心情又不好了

終於下定決心來量
體脂+0.7 肌肉+0.7
是好的發展
不過我還是要減肥我不管(?)
