開心~~這個月提前11天達標了🎉🎉🎉
多了11天的扣打~
下個月目標再下修一公斤好了~
人因夢想而偉大嘛~🤭🤭

2019/6月至今一年多了~
雖然中間因停滯放棄了半年~
到今天總算是減掉了40公斤~
想對自己説~~辛苦了~~再努力一下!!

下月目標:10/28=65kg!
