Sediiih... Balik lagi ke angka 67.Padahal kemaren udah menyentuh angka 65...hikss..Semangat sudah mulai kendor karena BB stuck.. Ayo ah, semangat lagi... Go 60..Target December harus sudah dibawah 65...Semangaaatt diriku...
67.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
