嘿呀~害我都有點不好意思~前幾天緊張到快哭了😆😆
之前都會趁小孩睡著做運動到半夜,
一天大約睡3~4個小時~
這兩天因為全身實在太痛了~
12點左右就早早上床睡覺~
沒想到效果反而更好!!
看來早睡真的很重要😣
