Another pound off - Yippee! I am really enjoying this ketoish eating regime. Some days I do totally keto and other days I allow myself 50g to 60g of carbs. I am not worried about NOT going into ketosis, as I am now losing at a good rate anyway. Even my IBS is dormant at the moment, so that is another big plus.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
