Going on a trip to Jamaica 🇯🇲 in January so now I really have to hustle. My goal remains at 157 for now. When I set realistic, achievable, baby goals, I feel it’s easier to push myself into working harder and faster to get down at least 1-2 lbs. That’s how I achieve attainable goals. Baby steps. Baby steps. But I WILL get there.

Right now I’m at 169.6. My goal for the next few days is to drop down to 167.0. I can do this!!!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
