I am following my new life style really close. I have started the high protein smoothis twice a day with a good meal in between and add a salad. I still have not started a good work out though. I find it way to hot and rainy by the time I get home from work. I sure don't want to get struck by lightening.

So get a workout dvd you can do from home. You can check some out of the library or go to amazon.com or collagevideo.com You can read reviews. Many are short. If you are just beginning exercise, the "walk away the pounds" dvds might be a good start. You can do it!

I get it with the DVDs. I can actually get them on cable. I have done the resistance band a beginner core but to much bouncing for artificial hip is not good. I don't want to go thru a revision. Thanks for the great advice
