Haven’t weighed I since the 19th of sept but I’m pretty happy with that I’m so close to seeing a 9st on the scale! 🥳
63.9 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you I’m so pleased some days have been hard to stick to my meal plan especially with kids in the house but I’m sticking to it and it seems to be working!
