bismillah.. mulai diet lagi
hari pertama diet. gk ada istilah diet start tomorrow, diet start now!! mohon pencerahannya kakak kakak🤗
62 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
