今天沒嗯嗯。昨天吃了拉亞早餐,中午吃了潤餅+炒麵+炒冬粉+烤雞翅+珍奶,晚餐吃了飯+干貝燉雞+水果。連二天爆醣😱
爬虎頭山約10.91公里1.5萬步左右😂
