permisi.. aku mau sharing lbh tepatnya nanya hehe. jd tb aku 168 bb 52 , emg sih kalo mnrt standar bb ideal cwe indonesia aku udh lewat 6kg, tp aku mau ngikutin standar cwe korea (tb 168 bb 48) nah tp udh sebulanan bb ku sllu stuck di angka 52 (kalo diet) kalo ga diet (cheat day) kadang smpe ke angka 53. Yang ngerti cara biar bb ga stuck lagi, tolong share cara" dan pengalaman nya dong kaka":)
