Well, didn't gain but I didn't lose. Took a week off. Time to get back to it this week until I shed those pounds! Kinda disappointed in myself but I'll shake that off. It won't get me anywhere but stalled even worse!! Back to it today!! No excuses!
72.4 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
