1. Jam makan harus tepat waktu
2. Workout 40 mnt, 5x seminggu
3. Cheat Day : Narkoba
4. Cheat meal minimal 100 kcal sehari
5. Perbanyak gerak, jangan mager
6. Turun 6kg dalam 2 bulan
