Feeling good this morning legs not sore. I did a long cool down and took cold shower and it feels good. No extra sweets and it seems to be ok. I am looking forward to a cheat day on Monday(labor day) Not to much but maybe a 1/4 cup of mac and cheese. That will be the only starch I make the rest salsa ribs veggies and bought some chips for the family. We can do this. Have a great day.
