My goal weight is 57, but I will take 58/59 if I like how it feels! I haven’t been 56/7 kg’s in 10 years (when I was 22). I’ve started counting macros and doing some weight training from the Sweat app. My goal is to also build some muscle to look more toned and to feel stronger!
