This seemed like a very slow week.....the days and the scale. But both have come and gone. 2 lbs down. I didn't think I'd lost much this month but when I added it up, it's been 12 lbs this month. June and July were both 10.6 lbs down. 33.2 lbs so far.
I need to get more fruit. I'm going to miss the fresh strawberries and blueberries this winter. And the cantaloupes......love those with cottage cheese. Hubby and I went out to lunch today at Olive Garden. I looked at the menu ahead of time and didn't change my mind once I got there. We both got the "All you can eat pasta bowl". I got a second serving but brought it home and will eat it tomorrow. I would have preferred shrimp but it all had waaay too much sodium. There was much less in the pasta.
I've been working around the house this week, organizing and throwing things out. It felt good to move and also to see that I was accomplishing things. I hope to keep it up.
