Not bad since I didn't count calories yesterday. went to the Chinese buffet yesterday for my birthday /o: Ate what I wanted & didn't workout. just did weigh work.
53.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
