Sept. 01: just started my second job. Trying to pack a healthy lunch for my graveshift. This job will take its toll on me, 74 hrs for the week between the two jobs. Hoping to adapt quickly. :)
82.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
