I find it unlikely that I gained 5 pounds overnight. But here it is...

89.8 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg. Still to go: 26.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 7.9 kg a Week

I've done 4.5 overnight for no good reason. It seems impossible to the logic of my brain but I've lived it just like you.
