I give up 😭 I've done everything right this past week and I've gone up a fair bit
190.5 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember that with women hormone changes make us retain water, keep up the good work and you're likely to see a good drop in one or two weeks time, don't get discouraged
