Well, that REALLY could have been a lot worse! Need to get refocused. I don't go back to work until January 3rd and have been off already for 10 days. I am on a much better schedule when I am working.

70.4 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg. Still to go: 11.4 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Agreed. I go gack on the 4th but have only been off for 4. It's tough with get togethers, etc to try and keep a routine.
