No good loss over last 10 days but now seeing some decrease again. .New scales today and I do weigh o.5kg heavier so loss is better than I first thought
86.9 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
