Okay so gained a bit this week. It was my fathers funeral on Tuesday and since then I have not exercised or counted calories at all. I have eaten anything I wanted and had a good few drinks too. The gain isn’t as bad as I expected. I need to try and get back on track though, so I can keep working towards that final goal.
