Sedih ... nurunin hampir sebulan 😢 ... naik cuma gara-gara 3 hari surplus terus, paling gila kemarin ... langsung 2 kg lagi 😭😭 .. wkwkwk cobaan .. cobaan .. tapi biasannya kalo emang udah pernah turun, cepet sih turunnya lagi ... 4-7 hari turun 1 kg ... bismillah semoga aja begitu ..
61 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
