I've literally no idea how this happened because I basically gave up this past week after gaining on my last weigh in, but this is a welcome sight. Starting again today, good luck to anyone else starting again. It's all we can do until we get there

I cant do it without my FatSecret. I make sure I weigh in what I plan to eat for the day in advance so I don’t overeat. Then I add in exercises to the plan even if its just walking or housework. This all motivates me
