pelan bgt klo dilihat dr BB seminggu sblm ini. dr 59.7 skrg jd 59.5, kmrin smpet naik krn dirumah surplus kalori terus. sma minum putihnya kurang bgt, BAB g lancar dan keknya aku PMS deh.. makanya kok g turun2.. tp gpp.. masih bahagia krn angkanya udh gak di 6 lg. udh jdi 5 sekian. 😆
