I'm not too fond of the way you have to enter food choices in the diet calendar. A lot of the things I eat and prepare aren't included or are just really hard to narrow down out of the choices.
That being said...I've gained a pound over the past twenty-four hours. I did have some Starbucks yesterday. I tried the new Apple Chai (I only had a Tall), but I had a piece of chocolate banana nut loaf.
I shared a bunch of sushi and Japanese food with my friend Andie. But I guess I still ate more calories than I used up...*sigh*...
Tomorrow is another day!
