Finally back on track. Weigh in a day early because I'm at work tomorrow and won't be able to do it. I'm very pleased with this, it's the kick up the backside I needed to continue with it
186.2 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 50.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
