Diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Knew I'd been putting on weight since I started working from home in March but was in denial and didn't want to step on the scale to confirm weight gain. Now I am going to get a CPAP machine but also get serious about eating better, getting more exercise and regaining the strength I've lost while being ill the past 2 year.
