I am trying not to be disappointed and discouraged with my 2lb weight loss....after all, that is my weekly goal and it is a LOSS! Although I stayed within my points, both daily & weekly, I could've made better choices on the types of foods I ate. I will work on that this week! I didn't gain it in a week and I'm not going to lose it in a week! A work in progress...I need to remind myself of that!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
