setelah cheating day kemaren hasilnya alhamdulillah naiknya hanya 0,5 kg.. padahal kemaren ekspektasinya naik ampe 1 kg. alhamdulillah cma 0,5 kg.. semangat back on track.... bismillah
57.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
