Back from my vacation. I decided to take the whole week off, eat what I wanted, and then get myself back together. Yes, I gained 1.8 lbs. But I enjoyed myself this week. We ate out at least twice a day......Burger King, Arby's, Outback, N. Y. Deli, Bob Evans, IHOP, Taco Bell, Cracker Barrel, and for the first time, deep dish Chicago pizza from Uno Grille. It was the best pizza I've ever eaten....and pizza is my favorite food! So now I'm back at it. We went to IHOP yesterday for breakfast on the way home and I had a spinach and mushroom egg white omelet and fruit; lunch was a grilled chicken sandwich and side salad at Roy Rogers, supper was at home...an English muffin with low fat cream cheese and blackberry jelly. I feel ready to start it again. I think I just needed the break.
