mulai diet dr 21 september 2020. pertama save dgn berat hitungan KG,, Ternyata beda itungannya kalo ke LB.. jd di reset ulang.. ke LB, kok jd aneh ya .. tgl 21 BB 81.7kg.. skrng BB 79.2kg,, klo di LBin jadi 174.2.. makanya skrng jd di angka 174.2 LB.. bs gak sih LB nya di jadi KG aja? biar gak bingung gt 😂..
79.0 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
