妳想太多啦,昨天吃1800卡不會反應到體重啦,7700卡才1公斤啊。你是吃太多食物還沒消化,以及澱粉類(碳水)吃完容易水份滯留,今天克制點,零食不要再狂吃,明天就回來了啦👍👍
