整天沒大便

今天體重沒掉,上課兩天一定要堅持住
中餐晚餐要控制...加油💪明天一定要掉體重

早餐 大熱拿+培根蛋起司三明治
中餐 水煮雞肉健康餐+杯湯
晚餐 怒吃 炸牛排+燥米飯有吃3-4口😅
51.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
