昨天忍住晚餐乖乖吃有代價了
今天飲控第八天
早餐 杯湯半杯+茶葉蛋*2+大熱拿
中餐 牛排+節瓜青菜蛋+杯湯(我忍住沒吃鍋貼😅
點心 牛扎糖*2
晚餐 婆婆菜+節瓜雞肉
51.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
