Spent yesterday at work doing the head bartender job, which is something I only do when our head bartender is on vacation or sick. I had forgotten how much walking is involved! Or maybe I just walk around more than Russell does. Anyway, I climbed a lot of stairs and carried a lot of stuff.

Plus, I spent about an hour and a half just wandering around before work. Yes, I had to exchange a pair of boots I had bought last week, but, overall, I still did an awful lot of walking yesterday. And it seems to have paid off in lost pounds!
100.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
