I'm surprised at what the scale said today. I just knew I would have gained weight when I was eating my eggs with cream and bacon for dinner last night. This diet is unlike any other I have ever been on...counterintuitive for me. But then again what do I know apparently with my weight this high. I plan to keep it up and we'll see how this goes.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
